슬랙과 카카오톡을 업무용으로 사용할 때의 장단점을 chatGpt가 이미지를 만들어줬습니다. (원래 있었던 이미지일 수도 있겠지만)
기능이나 보안, 협업 등에 있어서는 슬랙의 장점이 명확하고, 카카오톡은 쉽고 대중적이란 측면에서의 장점이 있네요.
개인적으로는 업무측면에서 대화의 지속성이나, 목록화, 구글과의 연동이 좋다는 점에서 슬랙이 매우 땡깁니다. 게다가 테크숩에서 비영리단체는 프로버전을 무료로 승인받아 사용할 수 있다는 것도 복지관에게 있어 매력적이네요. 그리고 또 한가지는 외부 이해관계자를 슬랙 내에 초대해서 사용할 수 있다는 게 마음에 듭니다.
반면에 카카오톡은 쉽게 사용할 수 있기는 하지만 사적영역과 혼재되어 있고, 폰을 바꾸거나, 퇴사를 하거나, 중간에 새로 입사했을 때, 업무 메시지의 연속성이 부족합니다.
